The hotel offers clean, spacious rooms with a well-equipped separate bath area, robes, and slippers, ideal for families with small children. While the pricing may be higher compared to other options, the cleanliness and space make up for it. The service is super friendly, but they were unable to accommodate room changes during my stay. The central location near the old town and Europa shopping center is convenient for business travelers, though may be less appealing for tourists. The dining experience was rich with sweet and savory options, especially during breakfast. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement in pricing.

During my two-night stay in late July 2018 in a double room, I found the hotel to be a cozy spot with great sleep quality thanks to plenty of outlets and the ability to make the room completely dark. While I missed having slippers, I did notice some wear and tear like dents on the bathroom door and a torn piece from the wooden cabinet.

The hotel offers spacious and modern rooms that lack a mini-safe but make up for it with a safety-deposit box option at reception. The service is generally friendly and accommodating, although there were some instances of abruptness. The location is convenient, just a short walk from both the old town and the business district. The dining experience varies from brilliant selection to a bit mediocre, but overall, it's satisfactory. The facilities are ample and enjoyable, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
